Phone On-Hold Marketing Systems Receives ISO 9001 Certification
Phone On-Hold now the only on-hold messaging service in the world with ISO 9001 Certification

Newbury Park, Calif. – Phone On-Hold® Marketing Systems, Inc., the leader in on-hold messaging solutions, has recently received certification to ISO 9001:2008. The certification comes through the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the world’s largest developer and publisher of International Standards.

The quality accreditation was awarded by QMI-SAI Global, an independent and ISO-sanctioned entity that certifies organizations’ processes. This certification validates that a company creates products and handles services the same way every time. As an on-hold messaging provider, Phone On-Hold Marketing Systems received certification under the title “Quality Management Systems.” Other areas of ISO certification include health care, automotive and the environment.

Preparation for ISO certification can take up to a year, as training standards and documentation compliance are rigorously upheld by the ISO. Phone On-Hold Marketing Systems received outside inspections and ultimate approval on their products, systems and methods.
