Mustang Marketing Enters New Year with Corporate Restructuring

Local agency announces internal promotion of four employees

IMG_2497THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (Dec. 7, 2015) – Mustang Marketing announces a corporate restructuring involving the promotion of four employees including Chris Barrett to account director, Michael Arroyo to creative director, Jenny Guy to director of communications and Randall Loui to art director.

“As Mustang has continued to develop and grow, year after year, our staff has also evolved, with employees acquiring new skills and taking on additional responsibilities,” said Mustang’s president, Scott Harris. “These promotions serve as a way of recognizing the efforts and talents of our team as well as a means to ensure that the needs of our clients are most effectively met as our staff and services expand.”

As account director, Barrett draws from more than seven years of experience as Mustang’s creative director and will now oversee all client accounts, managing every project from conception to completion. Arroyo, previously Mustang’s creative manager, will now supervise the agency’s internal design team as its creative director. In his fifth year of employment at Mustang, Arroyo will also continue to execute marketing design and website development for the agency’s clients.

Guy, previously Mustang’s public relations manager, joins the management team as its director of communications after just a year and a half of employment. In this capacity, Guy will continue to spearhead the agency’s PR efforts, furthering clients’ brand recognition in media, and she is now also responsible for Mustang’s internal team of copywriters. Formerly Mustang’s senior designer, Loui, a six-year Mustang employ, is now responsible for the design aesthetic of the agency’s creative work as its art director, ensuring all marketing collateral is innovative, consistent and effective.

“Our highest priority has always been to provide full-service marketing that employs strategy, creativity, seriousness and fun, and this restructuring positions us to achieve that in the most successful manner possible,” said Dianne McKay, Mustang’s vice president.

This corporate restructuring comes on the heels of Mustang’s 30th anniversary, which will be commemorated with a party in March 2016. For more information on Mustang’s background, services and staff, please visit www.mustangmktg.com.
