New consumer-driven approach focuses on drivers who keep cars on the road longer than ever before.

OXNARD, Calif. – With a large number of repair shops losing auto dealership parents, and consumers hesitant to buy new cars, the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association (ATRA), an international trade association for the professional automatic transmission repair industry, is developing a new branding and marketing strategy to reach the growing base of consumers who need to extend the lives of their older cars.
