Kari was raised on a farm in Nebraska.
Kari taught herself binary code in just a day, simply because it fascinated her.
Kari’s favorite color is purple and feels quite at home in the Mustang office!
As one of Mustang’s talented graphic designers, Kari Kurti gets to do what she loves the most — create art! Her everyday tasks range from logo design, catalog development, e-newsletter creation and, with high-quality work in a pinch, she also specializes in producing “rush jobs” for Mustang’s clients!
Growing up, Kari developed an admiration of all things related to art, and began drawing and painting at a very young age. As she grew older, Kari was thrilled to discover that she could do what she’s passionate about for a living.
Graduating second in her class from the University of Tennessee with high honors, Kari was inducted as a member of three separate honor societies: Kappa Tau Alpha (journalism and mass communication), Sigma Delta Pi (National Collegiate Spanish Language Honor Society) and the National Honors Society. After college, Kari began her career as a graphic designer and has since become an integral part of Mustang’s internal creative team.
An animal lover, Kari has worked with a myriad of creatures in her lifetime, including mountain lions, bears, raccoons and snakes. She also enjoys archery and wake boarding, and is an avid NFL fan.
