Thousand Oaks: A Chanukah Family Festival will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday in the food court at Janss Marketplace, Moorpark Road and Hillcrest Drive. Co-hosted by the Thousand Oaks Jewish Center, the event will offer a menorah lighting, latkes and hot chocolate, live music, candle making and a comedy balloon show. Free.
